Lundi. Début d’une nouvelle semaine, la dernière !
Ce matin, injection et prise de sang à 8h. A midi, nous avons RDV avec le Professeur Ruiz fils. Il nous annonce la bonne nouvelle : « You recovered » (Vous avez récupéré). Le taux de globule blancs est remonté à 4900, cela correspond à ce que nous avait annoncé Julieta. Plus besoin d’injection de filgastrim, on passe à la dernière étape : la perfusion de rituximab qui est une sorte d’immunothérapie pour éradiquer les dernières cellules défaillantes qui pourraient résister. Nous irons donc demain matin pour la dernière fois à la clinique pour environ 3h.
La mauvaise nouvelle c’est que nous irons tous seuls… Jérémy est le seul du groupe 1 à avoir passé la barre des 4000. Notre copine Sabrina (et les autres membres de notre groupe) devront attendre la prise de sang de mercredi pour valider la sortie de l’aplasie.
Pour nous, c’est encore une étape importante de franchie. Demain midi, le traitement sera fini et nous n’aurons plus de RDV médicaux jusqu’à la fin de la semaine. Nous partons malgré tout samedi après-midi car c’est compliqué de retrouver les même conditions de vol pour partir plus tôt et plus compliqué aussi de venir nous récupérer sur Paris en semaine. Nous allons donc profiter de la fin de la semaine pour bien nous reposer avant de revenir et nous allons essayer de nous promener un peu (masqués, bien entendu).
Cet après-midi, nous sommes restés plus longtemps sur la terrasse, désormais nous ne sommes plus limités.
Nous avons aussi eu la réunion en visio pour les consignes de suivi. Nous avons compris les grandes lignes, mais franchement, ça allait trop vite !! Julieta nous a redonné les conseils à suivre et pas de grosse nouveauté : éviter les endroits où il y a trop de monde, ne pas côtoyer de personne malade ou enrhumée, se laver les mains très régulièrement, porter un masque, suivre le régime alimentaire pendant 6 mois, ne pas se baigner dans les piscines ni dans la mer.
Julieta a une semaine de repos avant son prochain patient. Elle devait rester avec nous jusqu’à samedi et retourner ensuite dans sa famille. Nous lui avons donc dit qu’elle pouvait partir dès mercredi si elle le souhaitait puisque le traitement sera fini.
Demain, en partant de la clinique, nous récupérons le dossier médical avec tous les examens effectués ici et avec les prescriptions des médicaments à prendre pendant 6 mois.
Et petite info du jour : après les cheveux, c’est désormais la barbe qui disparaît ! Jérém sans cheveux et sans barbe, ça change quand même un peu !!
